New Playground Equipment
Abbott Park
In December 2025 Friends of Winterport Rec acquired new-to-us playground equipment and gifted it to the town for use at Abbott Park.
Construction begins soon. We will be fundraising in the meantime to help offset the costs of installation and to reimburse the volunteers who provided upfront financial assistance, enabling us to purchase the equipment when it was offered at a very generous discount.
